MCE Conseils is a non profit organization that offers services and expertises in the domain of management consultancy. Working with private companies as well as with , trade unions, cooperatives and non profit social economy organizations, MCE Conseils supply to different kinds of enterprises its knowledge and experience in marketing, finance, accounting and general management. We also developed a large amount of training material dedicated to collective entrepreneurship, governance and efficiency oriented management. We work with:
- Workers organization in order to offer advice on the economic situation of their employer and make suggestions on the future of the enterprise, including restructuring plans
- Cooperatives, where we offer our management counselling specialized in collective ownership of enterprises
- Enterprises to build business plans in context of jobs preservation and creation and in implementation of participative management
- Networks to strengthen support capacities in technical assistance to member enterprises
MCE Conseils is involved in more than 100 mandates per year and has been making international development activities since 1990. We are mostly involved in the development of infrastructures, transfer of management expertise in the support of small and medium size enterprises, integration of women in economic development and training for micro-finance organizations.
